“Walk the talk” is a metaphorical way of expressing the coherence between our words and our acts, between what we say and what we actually do. One of the values I appreciate most in people is their honesty and coherence. It’s all too easy to preach something and do the opposite in the everyday life. I like the persons who commit to their own ideas and keep their promises. When I hear this expression, I visualize some feet walking on a path of words, in a graceful and balanced movement.
